



Meet Dr. Suzman
Dr. Michael Suzman, FACS, is the director of plastic surgery at the WESTMED Plastic Surgery Group in Westchester County, NY as well as Chief of Plastic Surgery at The White Plains Hospital. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgeons, and member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetics Society, the world' s leading organization for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. As one of the region's most well-known plastic surgeons, Dr. Suzman specializes in rhinoplasty, facial plastic surgery and reconstructive breast surgery. Dr. Suzman and his team are dedicated to providing patients with the highest caliber of care. Dr. Suzman's has also been named one of the "Top Doctors" by New York Magazine, New Beauty, Westchester Magazine and US News and World Report. He was even featured on the cover of Westchester Magazines Top Doctor's edition.
Skills and Specialties
Dr. Suzman is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He specializes in the treatment of the breast, face, and body, taking care of conditions facing both adults and children. He has particulary interest in cosmetic procedures, such as rhinoplasty and breast surgery. He has treated thousands of women seeking breast augmentation, breast lift, and breast reduction surgery as well as breast cancer reconstruction surgeries, allowing women to reclaim their self-confidence. He is an Expert Injector for fillers and Botox and has a research interest in fat graft and nanofat procedures for facial aging. He is the inventor of Rescue MD, a peptide and DNA repair scar treatment.
Because of his Cornell-Columbia and Sloan Kettering surgery training, he is able to apply skill and safety to his cosmetic surgery patients. His outcomes for facelift surgery, fat grafting and injectables, neck lift, liposuction, and tummy tucks are safe and lasting. Education and Training
Dr. Michael Suzman has directed the plastic surgery department at WESTMED Medical Group since 2002. He currently is the Chief of Plastic Surgery and The White Plains Hospital and Chairman of the Board of Directors of WESTMED Medical Group. He completed his training in plastic surgery at The Cornell and Columbia Universities Combined Division of Plastic Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and the Hospital for Special Surgery. He was awarded the Goulian Prize for Academic Excellence in Plastic Surgery as well as the Coryell Prize for the highest distinction in surgery at Cornell. Dr. Suzman graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University, studied History and Philosophy of Science at Oxford University, and went on to receive his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College. He then completed a four-year residency in general surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital prior to his plastic surgery training program. He was awarded an American Heart Association research fellowship for his basic science research in surgery at Cornell.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
